- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am.

- NO SMOKING anywhere on premises.

- Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks, or baths.

Pet Policy:

We are glad to host your pets too. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!

We ask for compliance in a few house rules:

•Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come!

•DO NOT allow them into the bedrooms. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets in many locations and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free.

•We encourage you to bring your pets favorite bedding and blankets to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen!

•Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.

•Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you.

•The bathroom tub or showers are for humans only.

•When taking your pet out to the bathroom, please pick up after them. Other guests will greatly appreciate your taking responsibility for this.

•Lastly, please do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We offer Rover service , if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them. Let us know and we can arrange it!

There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.

*Violations of house rules may result is a $250 fine.

Had a very comfortable stay at this home. All the amenities we needed and more. Will definitely stay here again if available, as this home seems to be frequently booked. Perfect location for visiting OSU.

Our stay was to move our son into college at OSU so we wanted something close to his townhouse and the college. This was a perfect location, walking distance to the football stadium and Goss Stadium. Definitely would stay here again when we come to watch him play baseball! Beds were comfortable and big! Each room has spacious beds and it was very comfortable in the house. We enjoyed our stay and would be back again!

A perfect location

If you are in town for OSU activities, the location is perfect. You can walk to the stadium or anywhere in the campus within 5 min. drive. The outside of the house looks old, but the inside has been updated fairly modern even though some minor features still shows its age. Even include coffee and tea. We just need to get some cream from the convenience store across the street. The bedroom on the ground level has no closet, you will have to put your luggage in the rooms upstair or put the luggage in the living room. The shower is a bit small, not much room to turn. Mary the host is responsive and helpful. The driveway is tricky to find at night, suggest you leave the porch light on if you are heading out. Otherwise, we will definitely stay again next time back.

Great family stay

Our family of four stayed here while visiting our son at OSU, and the home had plenty of space to accommodate us comfortably. The beds were cozy, and the AC units in the upstairs bedrooms were a lifesaver during a summer heat wave.One downside was the size of the living room—it felt small for a house that can sleep 8–10 people. There weren’t enough seats for all of us, and while we found folding chairs, they weren’t very comfortable for relaxing or watching a movie.The location is a big plus. It’s close to OSU, and we enjoyed our daily walks to Fred Meyer for coffee, snacks, and other necessities. There’s also a park and pet store within walking distance, which was perfect for our dog. Management was very responsive and the check-in process was very easy. I highly recommend staying here and we'd love to stay here again.

Nice location, space, and responsive host...

The layout of the kitchen and living space was comfortable. Location is very close to Reser Stadium and Gill Colliseum. To qualify this review, however, we were only able to be at this property for part of our stay. Unfortunately, before we arrived, the gas to the home had been turned off. We contacted the host, Mary, who was very responsive. However, since the gas company could not come out right away to turn it back on, Mary quickly arranged for us to stay at another similar sized dog friendly rental home relatively nearby in Philomath. While relocating was logistically not ideal, we were grateful she could help us find another accommodation so quickly for the remainder of our stay.
