Welcome to our spacious and family friendly home located in South Reno just 35 minutes from Lake Tahoe. A quiet neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, casinos, the mountains and more. Our home was designed with you and your family in mind. From an outdoor patio where the kids can play while you bbq, to bunk bed and a video game system for others. Perfect location to enjoy the mountains, Lake Tahoe, downtown Reno, Carson City, and Truckee.

This single story open concept home has room for everybody. Natural light throughout with an open kitchen and living area so everybody can enjoy time together.
Master has a California King, bedroom 2 has a king bed as well as an ottoman that pulls out into a bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a full on bottom and twin on top bunk bed. We also have a pull out ottoman that sleeps one more! When designing our spaced we wanted to keep it fun for all ages. We have board games, kids toys, a gaming system and a pack and play for your convenience.
We also have a TESLA charging system in our garage for you to use.
Security cameras are present outside the front out of the house, back, and side for your safety and ours. This is to ensure guests arrive and leave the premises. They are on and actively recording.
We ask that you please care for our space and be respectful to our neighbors especially if you are enjoying the backyard. Absolutely no parties are allowed.

Our house is conveniently located in South Reno with quick access to restaurants and grocery stores (Safeway and CVS all with in 5 minute drive). We are about 25 minutes to Mount Rose Ski Resort, Carson City, and Virginia City. About 35 minutes to Lake Tahoe and an easy 15 minutes to the airport, Downtown Reno,Sparks. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and if you are lucky you may see a wild horse or two!

-Absolutely no parties are allowed. We will immediately terminate your reservation.
-If staying on a Tuesday we ask that you kindly bring the trash to the curb on Monday evening for pickup.
-Please make sure to have fun and enjoy our space! We would ask for a review after your stay to share your experience with us. If there is any issues please let us know as we want this to be an amazing experience for you and your guests.
-Any evidence of broken house rules will result in an extra charge fee.

Wonderful Gathering Place

We enjoyed the spacious layout of the house! Playing card games at the dining table and eating together in the spacious kitchen were a highlight. The house was decorated for Christmas which made it cozy for sitting by the fire.

Ashleen's place was perfect for our small group of 4 for a golf trip. Nice, quiet location with ample space and an adequately stocked kitchen with newer appliances. Very responsive to any questions. Will certainly consider this place on our next trip to the Reno/Mt.Rose area.
