Our home is located about as close as it gets to San Rafael Park, where the city holds countless events and festivals. Our front door is just 50 feet from a wonderful trailhead, where you can access Evans Creek which connects to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, perfect for morning walks or evening runs. With UNR/Downtown Reno only 5 minutes away, and Truckee/Lake Tahoe 30-40 minutes away, this is a prime location to enjoy all that Reno has to offer.
This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly and respectful neighbors, and we ask that you also respect our neighbors by keeping the noise levels down at night. This is NOT a party house, and our maximum occupancy is 14 guests.

Our front door is just 50 feet from a wonderful trailhead, where you can access Evans Creek which connect to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, perfect for morning walks or evening runs. There is also a disk golf course just stones throw away from the backyard! With UNR/Downtown Reno only 5 minutes away, and Truckee/Lake Tahoe 30-40 minutes away, this is a prime location to enjoy all that Reno has to offer.
Our backyard is designed for entertaining. You'll enjoy unobstructed views whether you're lounging in the Hot Tub, warming up by the propane fire pit, or relaxing in a hammock. Get a game of Corn Hole going while you grill on one of two BBQs (we offer one propane BBQ and one built in Charcoal BBQ).
