Villa in front of the sea
This villa is situated next to Spetses Hotel and is literally in front of the sea. It is situated 10 mn walking distance from the main market (ntapia) and 20 mns walking from old port. The house is located in the block of houses called "Winds". Next to it there is a small quite beach in case guests want some privacy and to avoid commuting to the other beaches. On the opposite of the houses there are 2 small local markets for the daily needs.
