Beautiful, Spacious 6BR West Beach Home, Pool, Direct Beach Access

Herein Beautiful bright 6BR beach house, very large, 2700 sq. ft. Best location, overlooking the Gulf direct access to 13th St. beach. Direct ocean views from most rooms, large 30' balconies. Great appointments, large kitchen, granite, stainless, tile throughout. Master king and queen bedrooms have balconies overlooking the gulf. Most beds are memory foam. House has a large, 21'x40' shared pool behind. We also have a splash pad/water park next to the love it . Home has a large, enclosed out door shower, a barbecue grill and picnic table. There are 6 televisions, one big screen in the living area, the others in 5 of the bedrooms. All TVs have Roku and Hulu. Ample parking, you have at least 4 spots and since we are a corner location there is a lot of off street parking Location is perfect, we are just 2 miles from the center of town but away from the hi rises. Just a few steps to the beach. Our beach is enormous, a wide swath of white, crystal sand. Close activities include swimming, boating, surfing, jet ski parasailing, etc. I have a 7 night minimum in summer, typically, 5 nights in spring and fall and 3 in winter, but at times I can be flexible with minimum stay requirements--check with me.

Our Annual Trip

Our group consisted of 20+ women and this is the second time we've stayed here. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and beach/pool chairs were available. It's a walk across the street to the beach and has a shared pool if you don't like the sand. The owner is great to work with and responds to any issues immediately. We all had a great time and will be back again.

Best Vacation Ever

My husband and I renewed our vows on the beach, along with four grown children and spouses; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. The house was so nice and spacious. It is the best place in thirty years of renting all over that we have ever stayed. Beauty, space, pristeen beach seemed right out the front door. Everything we needed was right there in the house and we will always stay there when our family does another week at the beach! Shopping and dining out were very convenient also. Thank you, Bob (owner) for giving us a surreal trip.

Great for our get together

We needed a place with plenty of rooms and that was affordable with space for a family of mostly adults. Although this place was across the street from the beach, it still had a great view of the beach and an easy walk there. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful house & host!

Beautiful house with plenty of room! We had a large family get together and had tons of sleeping space. Even more importantly the house has a large open living area perfect for making memories! Perfect access to the beach. And the view…simply stunning! 🤩 Bob was extremely helpful! I couldn’t ask for a better experience 🙂 thank you Bob!

Perfect spot, definitely booking this house again in the future!

The house is beautiful, with lots of room and in a perfect location! The owner was close by and available for any questions. Check in and check out process was so super easy. We really enjoyed our stay and we are planning to come back for another family trip as soon as we can. This will be our place to stay from now on! Cannot say enough good stuff about this location!

Excellent Location!

The location of this property is perfect and the outside entertainment areas were perfect for our family. Plenty of room for chairs in addition to the large picnic table and room for a cornhole game. The only issue we had was the ice dispenser in the refrigerator produced little to no ice all week. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome beach house

House was right across the street from the ocean, well kept property with all you need to relax and enjoy. Had a great time with a large group, 5 adults and 7 kids. Will be coming back again.

House was very spacious and well appointed. Kitchen was great. The only disappointment was the 4th bathroom was just a shower outside! Actually, there are only three bathrooms, not four as advertised. Will stay here again in the future. Easy access to beach and to stores.

This property was great. I rented this house for my daughter's wedding and I couldn't have been more pleased. It had everything you needed . We had a total of 14 people and we had plenty of room. Bob the owner was wonderful to work with and extremely nice. Would definitely rent again.

A Perfect Family Vacation!

This is a perfect house for a large family. We rented Del Mar #6 as one of three houses for our family reunion. While not on the beach side, there is a view of the beach from the balconies and it is only a few steps more to the water. The house is spacious and comfortably furnished. The kids enjoyed the pool and splash pad (It should be noted that the pool is shared among five units.) The cleaning and maintenance staff were efficient and obviously committed to guest satisfaction. A great place to stay in G.S.

Great House!

The house overall was great! There were 14 of us, plenty of room awesome location! We had a red flag the first 3 days so the pool was a SUPER PLUS! You can still get in the water with red flag just a bit rough. The house sleeps 20, but there was only enough dishes for about 12, would take paper plates and plastic utensils if you all want to eat together. We bought a dust pan and left it there as there was not one, the fridge was missing all the door shelves so we missed that much needed storage. The caretaker for the property Jerry was AWESOME! The owner answered all of our questions in a timely manner before getting to the home! We would definitely rent this home again! There were also beach chair and toys there so it was one less thing to haul from home or buy.

Fabulous Beach House Stay!

We came to Gulf Shores for my daughter's Destination wedding, and she had always raved about how beautiful it was. Upon arrival the house was Better than the pictures, spotlessly clean and very beautifully furnished. 6 big bedrooms and 3 large baths were more than adequate for my family of 8. We all had our own rooms, and lots of space to enjoy the home and the beach. The views from the doors, windows, and balconies were breath-taking, and we miss the ocean waves terribly. The weather was good, except for 1 rainy day, but the rest were "swim in the ocean days" in April! We didn't want to leave, and we will definitely be BACK, and will stay in Delmar 2 or 3. Thanks Bob for all you did in making our first trip to Gulf Shores so memorable! We will never forget it; in fact, my hubby and I are talking about retiring there in a couple of years, because we loved it so much! You can't find a nicer, or more affordable, little Piece of Heaven on earth than this beautiful beach house. I can't say enough good about it, and highly recommend this to anyone desiring an awesome Beach experience!

Best place we have stayed

We always rent a house every year for Mardi Gras and never could really find one that met all our needs. Until now, this house was everything we were looking for. Multiple beds in the bedrooms, great price, and Bob was so easy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I will be renting this house every year from now on.
