Family Vaca

Great location! Beach not over crowded, plenty of room between houses, enjoyed the privacy. This more remote area allowed our large family to spread out at the beach. House well stocked and in working order. Only shortfalls, was there is only 4 deck chairs and the main living area floor needs a good heavy cleaning. We would come back.

We had a great time at Five O'Clock. It is right on the beach and the pool is great. There's plenty of room in the house for multiple families. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing and Wonderful!

Our group of 10 stayed at the Five O'Clock for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us with some to spare. The beach was amazing, and we had the pool as a back up. The kitchen was very well stocked so there wasn't really a need to bring things from home. The second refrigerator was also a bonus.

Nice location

The house was a perfect size for our group. The pool was great and we were only steps from the quiet beach. There were some concerns regarding badly stained carpets, beds being supported by books and paint cans and nails sticking out from the deck boards that were rough on the feet. Overall, the house could use an upgrade.

Great location!

The location was perfect to the beach! Just a short walk to the beach. There was few minor things in the house such as no garbage cans in a couple of the bathrooms. Just garbage bags tied to the towel racks and the bbq grill could definitely use updating. But other than those small things our stay was great and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely go back.

Family Vacation

Pros: The property is in an excellent location if you want to be secluded from a lot of other people. We had plenty of beach on each side of us to play frisbee, baseball and football without bothering others. This house accommodated 12 adults, 4 teenagers, 2 kids and an infant comfortably! Cons: A couple of holes in walls need patching. All fans in bathrooms need to be replaced. No volleyball net was there like it says it is on their page. Hand rail on the front stairs is loose. Just minor issues need to be addressed. Will definitely book here again!!

Met our needs

This house met our needs but we were disappointed in a few things. There were quite a few maintenance issues inside and out. It looks like they were in the process of fixing some things but needed a good deep cleaning and many repairs. It was further from the beach than described with no dedicated route other than the dunes or other peoples property. The pool was unattended before our arrival. We spent most of our first day cleaning. The unit was missing blinds in several rooms which made some very uncomfortable .We had several people end up with glass and splinters in our feet. The bedding was stained and questionable. On a positive note, the large table, sectional sofa and extra fridge were perfect for our family of 19. The air conditioning worked well and took care of the musty smell after a day. It was nice to have 6 bathrooms. We loved the beach and made the best of our time.

Spring break 2022

The location was perfect, the beach wasn’t busy with a ton of people, and it was easy access from the house. Loved all the space we had for everyone and all the bathrooms. However, the house hasn’t been kept up well at all. We wanted to open windows for a fresh breeze and half the windows didn’t have screens, and the ones that did had a bunch of holes in them. The lights in most bathrooms didn’t have working lights in the shower to see. There were cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Outside doors didn’t shut unless we bolted them shut. The house was musty and moldy…all of us had reactions to it. The grill is in pretty rough shape and the pool area was dirty. All in all, we loved Gulf Shores, plan on coming back, but definitely not to this specific property.

Family Christmas Trip 2021

Plenty room for a large group. Spacious living area to seat everyone. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms upstairs being away from living area was great for late sleepers because it was quiet up there. Short walk to the beach and the numerous decks provided a variety of gulf views.

Beautiful Home for large family!

Our family had an amazing stay for our Thanksgiving holiday. The home was perfect for our large family and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was stocked with any and all appliances you could think of. The location was perfect and all for the best value! Would definitely rent here again and recommend to friends.

Perfect Covid Getaway

Beautiful home. We had 4 families and we were all comfortable. Distance to the beach was not an issue which was one of our questions. It was hard to tell from pictures. The house was comfortable and had all of the amenities of home.
