West 206 is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the second-floor lobby level, West 206 offers breathtaking views of the gulf from your balcony. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, and much more. From the moment you enter West 206, you will feel as if you are in paradise!

West 206 offers a seaside feel with nine-foot trey ceilings and an inviting open-concept living area. As an end condo, you’ll find more than enough space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV as there's additional space inside and out. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished wrap-around beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for five with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen and is complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV with game hook-ups. The third guest bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom, the third guest bedroom, and the living area is a full guest bathroom with a large tub/shower combination.

Great property for a group of friends

We loved the condo - was exactly as pictured and very roomy. The deck overlooked the ocean and was a great place for us to have our coffee in the morning. There were always chairs available at the pool, and reserving the beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach was easy. I was very impressed with the communication from Compass Resorts, who manages the property. There was a lot of useful information sent prior to our arrival, and check in and out was simple. We requested a couple of minor repairs and they were completed within an hour. Would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here July 4th weekend and had a great time. We would honestly book this specific room in a heartbeat. The location was perfect and centrally located. The condo itself has an outstanding view and plenty of spacious rooms for 2 families of 4 to enjoy. We could've honestly had 4 more kids without an issue. The amenities were great and the beach service was outstanding once we figured out how it worked.

Condo was awesome

The communication with Compass Resorts was horrible. We called, left messages and emailed and no response. Very frustrating to say the least. If I was this owner, I would look into a different management company. The condo itself was gorgeous. Easy parking and access to enter condo, the view was awesome. Condo clean...the only complaint would be the TV's, they need an upgrade. The on in the King suite was very bad picture, the other King room didn't work and the living room was not good picture either.
