This place was awesome! Great location tucked away on a small side street, yet a 2min walk from a whole strip of varying restaurants. Apartment was exactly as the listing shows. With huge rooms, high ceilings, and vintage trim, this house has amazing vibes! The whole area felt safe and was very active and alive. So glad we chose this location over a hotel downtown. Huge space to ourselves and half the cost of the available hotels. Cool place for sure!

The property is spacious and in a great location. Beautiful crown molding, super high ceilings, comfy beds, lots of space for a group. Easy to find and the host was responsive too. The included parking spot is tight, but lots of nearby street parking was available. Great find for a girls weekend!

This place was beyond our expectations, super clean and super roomy. I actually appreciated the quantity of garbage cans which is kind of silly but for as large as the place was it was the perfect amount. Easily walkable to everything especially Wrigley. Thanks for being a great host would highly recommend and will stay again

Everything regarding the property was correct. A lot of room for our party of 8 both for sleeping and bath. However, we really just slept there due to flight cancelations. I understand Will's policy however, he wouldnt be able to find another tenant for the night when the cancelation was at 11pm.The property definitely is within walking distance to restaurants and mini marts.

The place is very spacious, we really enjoyed some of the unique features you don't often see. For example he keeps a community fridge that guests from before leave behind drinks for others to enjoy. Got to try a few beers we don't normally have for example. The bunk beds are much bigger than the pictures appear, plenty of room. Host communicated great. Would stay here again no question.

Amazing place to stay

We are from MS and got concert tickets to Stray Kids at Wrigley Field. We found this amazing place to stay during our time in Chicago. The owner greeted us upon arrival and the place was amazing. Will co.e back to Chicago and book this place again.

Perfect spot for large groups exploring Chicago

Amazing location, especially if you're catching a Cubs game or hanging out in Wrigleyville. Place was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 9. Highly recommend!
