Nice place to stay near Lincoln Park. For us and our adult kids, it worked well to have 4 beds and 3 baths and a kitchen. They weren’t ready for us at Checkin time, but they did allow us to leave our suitcases and return after shopping. It was definitely clean and convenient.
This apartment is in an excellent location. It’s very close to many restaurants, grocery store, brewery and shops. It was very clean. There was air-conditioning in each bedroom and the common area all having their own controls. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer right in the unit. I do wish there were more basic amenities to make our stay easier. All of the beds were very comfortable
Great location, easy check in and cool mini action with property manager. Perfect location for traveling into the city and Wrigley. Great space for the family plenty of room.

This is NOT a 'Luxury' accomodation. More like a dorm room setup. Someone used a very wide angle lens when doing the photographs. It looks much larger in the pics than in real life. The main living area does not have enough room to comfortable sit more than few people. There was not a comfortable seat in the house. The IKEA-style furniture was hard and nothing special or comfortable. The bedroom doors did not close without a hard slam shut. In one bedroom the bed had to be moved to get at the closet. In the main bedroom there was nowhere to unpack your suitcase, AND no where to put your suitcase assuming you were going to live out of your suitcase. It was a mess to navigate the small bedrooms with suitcases on the floor. In sum - NOT worth it.
Great stay at The Post Chicago/Envitae (March 30–April 4). The 4 bedroom apartment was beautiful, clean, and well-furnished...perfect for our family of five. Location on the north side near Lincoln Park was super convenient for getting around the city. The space is gorgeous, and the host communication was excellent. Can't recommend this place enough! Would definitely stay again.
Apartment looked exactly like the photos, very clean, great location, and perfect for our quick stay! The check-in process was very easy and we had no issues. The host is very responsive to any questions or concerns.
We stayed here with a total of 4 couples for the weekend. It was perfectly laid out for our group. Each bed was comfortable and the common area with kitchen worked well for us. The weather cooperated and everything we did was walkable. We did have a question while there late Friday and got a reply minutes later.
Paid for parking for several vehicles and when arrived two of the spots were occupied by other vehicles and one of the spots had a cement pole and was very narrow and our vehicle would not fit into the space. The bedrooms were very small. We had children ages 2-5 and was hoping to put a twin air mattress on the floor in the bedrooms but the rooms were too small. Was able to put a toddler mattress at the end of one bed but adult had to crawl over to get into the king size bed. The seating area was very small and the area rug had multiple large stains. Was not inviting to have your children sit or play on the rug, which made it very difficult because there was not much seating room for 7 adults and 3 small children.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the space didn't fully accommodate your group's needs.Regarding parking, when the issue with occupied spots was brought to our attention, we worked to resolve it. The unit's room dimensions and layout are reflected in our listing photos, and we encourage guests to review these carefully when planning for larger groups, especially with young children. We appreciate you flagging the rug condition and will have it inspected. We understand that traveling with little ones adds a layer of complexity, and we'd love the chance to help match you with a more suitable unit on a future visit.

Anthony was responsive before and during our stay, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself was one of the most disappointing vacation rentals we've stayed in, especially given the premium price. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Within minutes of arriving, we felt the need to vacuum the floors ourselves, filling the canister twice. We found hair on one of the beds, in the shower, and even stuck in the body wash bottle. One mattress had a cigarette burn, dirty carpet tape residue remained in three bedrooms, a significant number of the walls were visibly dirty, and a used kitchen sponge had been left in the sink for future use.The maintenance issues only added to the frustration. A living room chair was broken, a bathroom towel rack was pulling away from the wall, and a bedroom lamp was damaged. Two bedrooms also had significant temperature issues, including one thermostat that remained at 58F. Anthony explained that guests have limited control over the AC. Regardless of the reason, guests should know they may have little control over the temperature during their stay.No single issue would have ruined the stay, but the number of cleanliness and maintenance problems made it clear the unit had not been adequately prepared for guests. While Anthony communicated well, the property did not reflect the quality we expected for the price, and we would not stay here again.
There were 4 of us staying in the unit.Pros: Property was very clean. Nice kitchen, washer/dryer. Nice location. Nice building amenties. Cons: No clothes storage available in bedrooms-no shelves in closet, no clothes hangers, no dressers. King size beds in each room so no room to move-should be queen size. no place to even place open lugggage for clothes. Couldnt open closet doors. Property states sleeps 10 but I don't know where 10 people would sit. Living space is tiny. Sofa is basically a large block of latex and 2 people barely fit-no other seating besides plastic dining chairs. I don't know where 10 people could comfortably sit, watch TV, talk, etc. Basically, queen beds, clothes storage in bedrooms and a more comfortable living/seating area would have been better for us.
The place was great. It had all the space we needed, king bed in each bedroom along with individual thermostats. The kitchen has all of the basics you could need (plates, cups, etc) too. We were pretty close to the North Avenue Beach and just a couple of blocks from the red line, a Whole Foods, and some good restaurants too.
Tudo conforme descrito. Excelente localização Na rua é possivel estacionar o carro sem muito problemaUnica coisa que poderia set melhor, seria um kit de amenidades para os hospedes. Chegamos de voo mais de 00hs e isso teria ajudado
As advertised or better. Great comms. Small issue with parking at check-in that was immediately addressed. I would stay at property again when visiting Chicago
