Perfect OOB and Ocean Park Beach House

Location Location Location. This beautiful, spacious beach house (on a quiet dead end street) is approximately 9 houses from the beach and a quick walk to the Pier at Old Orchard Beach. Brand new patio out front!

The first floor suite has its own driveway for 1 car with street parking available. This suite has a patio for relaxing and recreation. This suite has two bedrooms comfortably sleeping 5, a large kitchen and living room, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and full bathroom.

There is WIFI throughout the house. There is AC in the main room and there are also plenty of fans.

*** This is the bottom of a up down. Rent the upstairs with extended family or friends and share in the cost and get the whole house together ( see property 3458027).

Very newly renovated!

The apartment had everything we needed and more. The beach supplies were an extra bonus. The walk to the beach was very easy! It is just under one-mile to the center of town for 'nightlife', but booking an Uber ahead of time worked out great to avoid having to walk back.

Property was clean and nice. However, i reported the back door would not lock. Leaving the property unsecure. Owner said he woul take care of it but never showed during the week i was there.
