My family and I have stayed at several of the units in these condos over the years and this is now our favorite. No stairs to climb and a beautiful patio thats covered from sun and rain. The neighbors were all very nice and our host was very responsive.

Proximity and convenience to the beach was perfect! We met a few neighbors, all were friendly and helpful. Having a kitchen and use of grill for meals was convenient. Laundry onsite was a perk! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if needing a beach getaway!

Suited us for our needs. Location in proximity to the beach was the best feature. Nothing fancy about the accomodations, but that's not what we were looking for anyways. Condo is on the small side, dining and living room is a combined space-so can seem cramped at times. AC unit was quite loud and appeared to have some mold growing inside of it. It also struggled to cool the condo when we were there (but the temps were quite high) Outdoor patio was nice. Kitchen was reasonably stocked with supplies. For the price that close to the beach you can't really beat it. Would most likely stay here again.

Great Location

The place was great. Practically on the beach and within a short walk to downtown. The host Karen was amazing as I had trouble receiving her emails for access and was available by phone to assist. Had a great vacation!

Amazing location

My family of 4 had a great stay. You can't beat the location. You can see the ocean from the back door and out the window of the bedroom with two beds. Close to all the activities OOB has to off but far enough away that it's quiet. Being so close to the beach was great with my 3&5-year-olds for bathroom trips. A cozy place to stay, perfect for a week away.

We had a great vacation at this condo! The location was excellent, right next to the beach and a very short walk to the pier. The bedroom sizes were great to accommodate our family of 5. The living room area was a little small for all of us, but we expected that. The condo had lots of charm and a great beachy feel!

This cottage/condo checks off a lot of boxes. Excellent communication. Easy check in/out. Location is perfect! Steps from the beach and 5 minute walk to pier/restaurants. No need to drive. 2 parking spots in a neat little courtyard. Seems like most of the people there are full time residents. Very friendly and helpful. Yes the place is smaller inside but the point is to be outside most of the time! Plenty of supplies, towels, linens etc. on hand. Beautiful and recently redone back patio. Minor deductions for somewhat noisy a/c (but at least it worked!) and being unable to watch my beloved Red Sox on TV. Great spot! Hope to return next year!
