This cute bungalow located in the heart of Benson is completely updated. Brand new appliances, brand new furniture, beautiful original hardwoods in the living space, a completely enclosed porch with porch swing, VERY high internet speed, Roku SMART TV, dedicated workspace, fun double bunk bed room for all the kids (and some adults) and a fully stocked kitchen/bathroom. Laundry onsite, free street parking and alley access to backyard. NEST thermostat, keypad entry for self checkin and safe lock, safe/quiet neighborhood and much more.
Enjoy the walkability to Benson downtown with coffee shops, restaurants, breweries. 1-3 min drive to Starbucks, grocery stores, Target, and Benson Park. 20 min to the zoo and airport & 10 min to UNO, UNMC.
You'll have the whole house to yourself. Use the basement for laundry. Front and back yard. Note there are a few stairs leading up to the bungalow. Stairs going down to the basement (for laundry) aren't for the vertically gifted. Enjoy the first level for everything else. Ring on the front door with keypad for easy entry and lockability plus security.
