Charbroil grill with 4 burners + side burner provided. - Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise from the front deck with seating for two. - The semi-private 10x20 pool is surrounded by a very large fenced yard with turf and spacious deck with lounge furniture and bistro seating. Shared with one other unit, there's ample space for everyone. Each side has private seating and parking plus the shared space that includes the pool and privacy-fenced yard.
Guests may access all areas EXCEPT the queen bedroom closet which is the owner's storage closet. Guests must use the designated large parking area for the unit, which can accommodate multiple vehicles, boats and carts. No parking on street.

Great value! Location was awesome. The place also had everything we needed during our stay so we didnt have to make other trips to the store. We'll be back for sure!
Needed a place close to the beach and restaurants for a quick weekend getaway with our family and was very happy with our stay here. Host was very kind and the place was very clean, comfy and well stocked for our needs. Beds were large and soft and plenty of blankets, though I would bring more pillows if we stayed here again. The back yard is large and the shared pool was perfect size for our 6 and 3 year olds and the patio provided a comfy place for us to sit in the shade.
We’ve been coming to Port A for years, and this has been one of the top places we’ve stayed at. The place was super clean, beds were super comfy, it had more than what we needed. The host was very friendly. I can’t even think of anything negative about their home.
Great stay! The host is charming, friendly and has great communication skills! Loved having the pool! House was exactly as described. Owner goes above and beyond, stocking paper towels, toilet paper, coffee bar, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, etc!!! I loved the ice machine and now want one! I highly recommend this property and would book again in a heart beat. Great location!!! Thank you for hosting us!
This place hit perfect for everything that we needed! There were 3 of us reserved with a 4th unexpectedly staying with us to help alleviate some tight quarters at another family's location. The place was more than spacious even with 2 pups running around! The host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating which was nice. Would definitely stay here again!
