Host had very good communication. Toilet handle was broken so we only were able to use 1 restroom for 6 people. You can tell it’s an older house for sure.

Great location

Home was very clean and well kept. Only a couple minute walk to the beach but away from the noise of the vehicles going up and down the beach. Neighborhood was also very nice. We traveled with young children and they enjoyed the area below the house to play when we weren’t at the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and all appliances worked so we were able to cook all our meals. We will definitely stay at this home again and highly recommend it!

Quite nice with a few hiccups

We had an amazing time at the property. The house was beautiful and in a great location to the beach. It had everything we needed and it was very comfortable and quiet. Overall we were very happy with our experience and we would recommend it to anyone. There were some hiccups that could have made the experience even better. The golf cart’s brakes didn’t work. I was able to repair it in less than 5 minutes. Not a big deal for me but it could have been for someone else. Not to mention it really could have led to an accident or damage to the cart. Second thing was the washing machine was not working. After the beach we wanted to wash our towels and swimsuits but couldn’t. So, we just bought new ones. Again not a big deal but it might have been for someone else. Again both these hiccups were minor things to me and my family. Also, Wayne, the owner was great in communication. He replied to my emails quickly and even called me about the washing machine. I would not hesitate to go back and stay again.

Beautiful house! Great location! Hot tub and golf cart was a very nice bonus! There were beach chairs, umbrella and sand buckets and toys to use. They also had plenty of beach towels. I could have packed less stuff since the house came with all these extras! We had a great time!
