Beachfront!! Spectacular View! Awesome Deck! Gourment Kitchen

Located in a quiet and serene area of the peninsula this beach house has a spectacular gulf view from the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom! Sleeping quarters include master bedroom with king size bed, guest room with queen bed and a bunk room with 1 full and 1 twin bed. For your convenience all beds are pre-made with linens provided for free! Beds for 7 people plus one ottoman cot that converts to a twin bed for the 8th person.
The master bedroom has a TV and built in DVD player. The house is also a split floor plan with bedrooms on each side of the house. The living room sports a big screen TV and streaming WIFI.. But the best part is the beachfront view! Watch the sun rise or sun set, see the ships travel on the Gulf and dolphins frolic in the water. A quick walk puts you on a secluded area of the beach with very little traffic. A six foot wide golf cart path makes getting to the beach quick and easy. The grill, built in picnic tables and outdoor shower downstairs make entertaining easy and enjoyable in any kind of weather. Plenty of parking for guests, boats and trailers. Large lawn for horseshoes and volleyball. Into birdwatching?? Because there is so much vacant land and because Bolivar Peninsula is know for its bird migration, guests can sit on the deck and see many different kinds of birds including the Roseate Spoonbill. What an Awesome Experience we had when we stayed! Not only was the owner very responsive if we had any questions but the location and ambiance was wonderful! There’s a personal golf cart trail right to the beach which was so convenient. We will definitely stay here anytime we come back to Crystal Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed the deck and close walk to the beach. We were thankful that we were warned in advance about the mosquitos under the cabin and to spray with Cutter backyard spray. They definitely showed up when the wind died down but the spray took care of it. We had all the kitchen cooking supplies we needed. We grilled hamburgers and cooked several meals at the cabin. It was a great stay for our family.

Quiet and private beach house

This house was on Bolivar Pennisula on a quieter end which was perfect for our visit. Great beach access and view. The house was clean and well laid out with split bedrooms. Small grocery store nearby and a couple of great restaurants. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful views of the gulf

What an amazing cabin it’s got clear views of the gulf and beach with private access to beach. The cabin is very nice and clean and roomy has a very nice deck with plenty of room beneath the cabin. Margene was a pleasure to deal with every thing went smooth from booking,staying, and departure would definitely stay again and look forward to it . Thanks Margene!

Many years ago I moved to California from Nebraska but have always missed the mid-western values and hospitality. Through the advice of my brother Mike Walz of Crystal Beach's Walz Family Builders I seized the opportunity to sell my California condominium and built on Bolivar. I appreciate the area and the hospitality. It is like coming back to my roots. I am very pleased to be able to share my home with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. (By the way...the picture is of my great nephew, Alex. He photographs cuter than I do.)

Why they chose this property

Since my brother owns a home and a business in Crystal Beach I have visited many times. Each time I fell more and more in love with the area. I decided to invest my retirement money here and started with Pelican Bay. It has been such a pleasant experience with wonderful, wonderful guests! So when an opportunity arose I jumped at the chance to purchase a second home. I can't wait to share this peaceful stress-free beach with you.

What makes this property unique

The most spectacular thing about Pelican Bluff is the spectacular beach front view. The front deck is 16' deep - 8' is covered and 8' is uncovered. Guests are able to enjoy the shade, read, sip a glass of wine or beer or tan in the sunshine. The family area under the house includes a shower, a two built-in picnic tables and charcoal grill. It is a wonderful area that will accommodate many family members and guests. It offers you all the comforts of home with the additional bonus of hearing and watching the surf.
