Due to owner allergies, animals are not allowed in this unit. •Guests traveling with pets may be accommodated in one of our pet-friendly units, subject to availability. •Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a $200 additional cleaning fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

✪TRAVEL INSURANCE • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your trip investment from unexpected events such as weather, illness, or travel delays. •If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you acknowledge that refunds cannot be issued outside of the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.
[HOUSE RULES] ☞By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all house rules, additional rules, and disclosures listed.
1. NO SMOKING • Ocean Sands is a non-smoking community. Smoking is permitted only on the beach or by the fence along Fort Macon Road, away from all common areas, including the gazebos. • Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all common areas within the community. •A minimum $200 smoke remediation fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. Additional charges for deep cleaning, damage, or disruption to future reservations may apply.
2. PET POLICY •No animals permitted in this unit due to owner allergies. • Pet-friendly units are available — guests traveling with animals should not book this unit and may request assistance finding a suitable alternative. • Unapproved animals are not permitted and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and/or a $200 additional cleaning fee.
3. PARKING PASS & KEYS • One (1) parking pass is provided. A second pass may be arranged prior to your stay for $25. • Parking passes must be clearly displayed at all times. Vehicles without a pass are subject to towing. • Parking passes are HOA-controlled items. A $200 fee applies for any lost or unreturned passes. • Guests are responsible for all keys. •$100 lockout fee | $50 lost key replacement fee • Lockouts occurring between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM will require the guest to arrange and pay for a locksmith.
4. STORM DOOR • The storm door must be closed immediately when entering or exiting the unit. • Due to strong coastal winds, guests are responsible for any damage caused by failure to properly secure the door.
5. OCCUPANCY POLICY • Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. No unregistered guests are permitted. •The base rate includes up to 2 guests. There is a $15/night fee for each additional guest. •All guests (including children) must be included in the reservation prior to check-in.
6. SUBLEASING is not permitted. Reservations may not be reassigned without prior written host approval. A valid photo ID matching the reservation name may be required.
7. Guests agree to accept full responsibility for themselves and all occupants during the stay, including any damages, violations, or fees incurred.
8. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host, agent, property management, Ocean Sands HOA, and Board of Directors from claims or damages arising from their stay.
9. The host, owner, or authorized representatives may enter the unit during reasonable hours for inspections, maintenance, or emergencies. Emergency and health/safety checks may occur without prior notice, similar to hotel practices.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location, great views of the ocean and close to restaurants and shopping. Most importantly, it was very clean. Highly recommended and would stay again.
This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend! The convenient beach access and gorgeous views were better than the listing mentioned! I was very pleased with the stay! It was quick ride to restaurants and even close enough to see other towns like Beaufort (15 min away).
The location was perfect. Stores, great food at our full advantage. Guests/locals were friendly. Definitely coming back. Easy access to the beach was my favorite too
This is a fantastic property right on the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for...I took my 80 year old mother to the beach!! We would recommend the property and process to all, and we will be back!! Thanks!!
The place was perfect. Wet clean and had everything you needed. Great views of the ocean from the inside and outside. The two high chairs outside were so nice to have. Having access to the pool was another plus. We will definitely book this place again.
I was very happy with the unit. Everything was spotless and appeared to be remodeled. Great view of pool and ocean. I hope to return next year. Before booking, management replied immediately to my questions. I also received a message day before checkout letting me know what I needed to do.
First time staying here, both at this condo and at this beach. No issues. Clean and convenient. We could see the ocean from the front windows. Chose this property based on proximity to the beach. Comfortable bed. Room stayed cool. Plenty of hot water. There was a dehumidifier running in the kitchen. The only downside was there was no place to hang clothes, except in the bathroom. We were only there for a long weekend, so it wasn’t an issue. I’m only mentioning it because I didn’t think about that until we were there, and it may help a future guest.
stayed 2nd weekend in March 2024. We had a great experience! Clean!! (!st time Ive stayed somewhere I didnt feel like I needed to disinfect the entire place before we could put our stuff inside!) It is tiny!! a studio. But everything you need is there. (except an Ice cream scoop! lol) great view of the ocean from the room & the balcony, nice ocean front gazbo to sit even in the rain. It was the perfect beach getaway. The Host was great! VERY responsive, kind and helpful!! We will be back in the fall!! THANK YOU!
