The door card only worked in one door of the three rooms, two of the three bathrooms were dirty with nail clippings and public hair in bath tub, there is no service by the pool so you have to go find food and drinks to bring in by oool, there also is no food in premises so that’s super inconvenient, the resort feel/ vibe is NOT here at all. We were in floor theee, every time we get off the elevator it smelt like absolute rock trash throughout the hallways. It was absolutely disgusting. I said something to the front counter and they sa I’m not sure what we can do about that. They never even lifted a finger to investigate or try to remedy it. The balcony door was stuck close and the tv remotes needed batteries so we had to have an engineer come up, which is stupid, that should be a given for them to work, also every bathroom has a tub in it. That is way higher than normal so you have to step over the side to get in and take a shower. It is not easy to get in and out of. The host of this property was very generous and upgraded us, but I would’ve done the same thing given how much we paid for this place it was over 1000 a night and I could die right now. It is not worth it at all this place may be worth 600 at night having all three units. They’re very small very cramped. The closet was so close to the bed in the master bedroom and sit on the bed to hang my close-up also the safes didn’t work they were flashing batt lo So that should be a given that the safe should be working
