I can’t think of a better location. We were walking distance to the lake, the restaurants/shops and the casinos, but the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances/plates/ glasses etc. and there were plenty of towels. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening and were happy to have the beach passes. Eddie was an amazing host and we will definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay in South Lake Tahoe. House was great for two families(8 total). The pool table and hot tub were a hit with everyone. Everything was clean and the location is incredible. Parking can be a challenge in Lake Tahoe and this house allows for walking to many attractions(beach, casinos, restaurants, etc). Communication with the owner(Eddie) was great and the yard is beautiful.

Very nice home in an excellent location. Plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy. Walk to the gondola, excellent hot tub, and a well stocked kitchen were some of the high points.

My wife and I purchased the property because of the perfect location to the casino's, entertainment, the private beach, boat rentals, fine dinning, summer recreation and winter skiing at the top of Heavenly Gondola, miniature golf, ice skating, cinemas, shops, and food market, all within walking distance.
