The positives:1. The property was very clean2. The property is safe3. The property is convenient to everything4. The owner is very nice and very responsiveThe negatives:1. Getting your luggage/supplies to and from the unit is a bit of a challenge as the only access is a steep and tall staircase2. The only parking options are paid. I would advise paying a little extra and park in the garage directly across the street as it is secured (off duty police during the open hours and locked access after hours), clean, and offers oversized spaces.3. The HVAC system is a bit challenging as it is extremely loud in the main living area. Once it turns on, it will be all you hear until it turns off. The bedrooms are relatively quiet, but it sounds like a freight train in the main areas. Overall it was a good experience. We felt safe and the unit was very clean.

Great location, awesome place!

Everything was perfect, well outfitted accommodations. We had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Was great to have coffee available, and the space is very nice and comfortable. We had two couples and we all would make this our first choice on our next visit.. Greasy location for a short walk to Broadway or many other attractions and venues, restaurants etc. Highly recommended

Fabulous place, gracious host!

Every bit as described & then some! The accommodations were very clean & comfortable, with all of the little touches that truly makes you feel like you're staying at a friends home. We were welcomed with a box of THE most delicious doughnuts ever had! Great location, just around the corner from Printers Ally & a short walk to Broadway. Much better than a hotel, in my opinion. Kasra, our host was easy to reach & very accommodating. We highly recommend this property! Thank you Kasra!
