Perfect !

This was literally a great location. Very very clean as well. The facilities were a great asset. There is an elevator so it’s convenient ! & I can see the planes take off and land from my room !

A great spot

The place is small, but it has everything. Its location is very strategic, just a few steps away from Maho Village and within easy reach of the beach. The view on the runway is a plus if you are an aviation enthusiast like me, and even if you are not the airport has very few flights at night, so there is no noise whatsoever. The building complex is new, equipped with a nice swimming pool and a laundry room if needed. I had a really great time there, it's truly recommended.

This Maho studio was clean, great location, runway and ocean (in the distance) view, walking distance into Maho, but very very tiny. We have no complaints about this place, it was great for the cost, but just too tiny for us for any more than a couple of days. Other than that, I would totally recommend this studio, just know that it is a true studio. We missed having somewhere to sit other than a bed, the little table and two chairs are almost impossible to sit two people at and we really missed not being able to sit outside to relax - the outdoor area is very tiny (one chair, small storage box, and all cleaning stuff was stored out there. Again, not complaining, we had a great stay, we just realized that a studio is just not for us. The host was great, quick to communicate and all instructions were easy and clear.

Plenty of qualities but one major issue

Accomodation is just as described. It is small but so well organized, it doesn't lack anything. The location is great, a few minutes walk from everything. It overlooks the airport's runway, which is a must at SXM, while you don't ear a thing at night. The bad surprise was a dysfunctionnal shower with no pressure nor hot water. According to the owner, it is a frequent problem with the building and there is nothing maintenance is able to do. So be prepared for it.
