Spring is coming! There is still snow to enjoy but warmer weather is on its way. Come enjoy this unique modern cabin with 2 bedrooms and a sweet deck overlooking the valley. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Close to everything just off the Peak to Peak Hwy 119 but it feels secluded. Walking distance to the liquor store and Roy's Last Shot Saloon and Restaurant. Enjoy time on the deck around the fire table and cook your favorite meals on the grill. Mountain bike or hike at one of the many nearby trails or State Parks. Eldora ski resort is 20 minutes away. Great river fishing spots in nearby Rollinsville or Golden Gate Canyon State Park. Nederland is just 7 miles away where you can get groceries, dine, shop and enjoy ice cream or cocktails. Historic Black Hawk and Central City are less than 20 minutes away in the other direction. Boulder, Idaho Springs and Estes Park are also very close. Snuggle up in front of the fireplace in the cozy living room to watch a movie on the large flat screen Smart TV, play games or read a book. Both bedrooms also have Smart TVs. Plenty of parking. Free WIFI. Dog friendly! This is a non-smoking property - inside and out (no tobacco, vape or marijuana). *WIFI and Streaming services can be spotty and slow due to Mtn Broadband service. This property is not ideal for children under 10. 2 Dog maximum - $35 per night pet fee (not per dog) plus deposit. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Modern CO Cabin Experience

We had a great time staying at this modern cosy cabin near Black Hawk, CO. The cabin is recently remodeled with most modern amenities. It's has plenty of room for two & can handle up to 4. Just be aware that there is a single bathroom for the entire cabin. It's a short drive to Eldora where my wife & I skied for a few days. It's also close to the quaint town of Nederland where you can find esoteric coffee shops & quaint restaurants with delicious food. The owners were very easy to work with & check-in was a breeze.

Mountain Getaway

A great little cabin for a quiet winter weekend in the mountains. The location is fairly secluded but not a long drive from popular towns and attractions. The inside is beautifully renovated and well stocked. Looking forward to visiting again!

Cozy Cabin Haven for a Romantic Christmas Getaway!

We had an incredible Christmas getaway at this charming cabin. The place was fully stocked, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The host's helpfulness added a personal touch, ensuring we had everything we needed. From the warm fireplace to the breathtaking views, this cabin was the perfect setting for a romantic holiday escape. We loved it so much – a definite must-book experience!

I'm a Colorado Native and love the process of creating beautiful, comfortable and welcoming spaces. I've always dreamed of having a cabin in the mountains and getting the opportunity to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

The cabin sits back off the road and overlooks the valley. It feels like you are secluded but you have modern conveniences close by and it's so easy to get to the main road. It is conveniently located just an hour away from Denver and 30 minutes from Boulder and close to many State Parks and trails. Hiking, mountain biking, gambling, skiing, dining and fishing are all close by.

What makes this property unique

The unique modern design is like no other but still feels very cozy and rustic. The home was originally built as a summer cabin by Denver residents in the 1950's.
