This place is amazing! The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need. They had a sweet note and welcome basket there for our arrival. The location is wonderful! Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time at this VRBO for our long weekend stay for the Cape Cod half marathon. The location was perfect about 1 mile from the start and actually backs up to the course. The house was perfectly decorated for spooky season with the cutest touches. They even included a welcome basket with lots of goodies we enjoyed post race. With 4 sisters helping with the place they were easy to contact when we asked for a good check in and with check out instructions. Very affordable!

The house was very clean, Robin gave us a wonderful basket of goodies with a welcome note. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. Bed linens, and bathroom towels were very nice. We were all very comfortable. There was plenty of room. Nice front porch and big backyard. I would definitely stay there again.!!

This lovely cottage is a true gem in Falmouth with lots of charming touches and comfort features. Our hostess was there to greet us, was super helpful and made us feel right at home...hope we get a chance to stay with the Sisters again.

Great place to stay in Falmouth

Great place, great location! Easy, 10 minute walk to downtown Falmouth. The bike path connects right to the back yard which was super convenient for me because I used it every day.

From the very beginning the owner was very communicative and friendly. The home was very neat and clean, well decorated and had everything you could need. Great area right on the bike path. We rented for a wedding, and it was perfect distance from venue as well as downtown. Would definitely recommend

Extremely well appointed with everything one could need. Location was outstanding, right on the bike path and within walking distance of town. Very clean with interesting Cape decor. Owner was accessible and very nice. Overall, tho only the thing we could have used was a grab bar in the tub for us older folk. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable Cape Cod Vacation

My family and I had a fun week in Falmouth. Bike riding/ walking the trail right in our backyard, beautiful beaches, fun evenings in the village, relaxing on the patio out back. All made for a vacation that was perfect. Hostess was friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend this property to my friends.

Lovely place

This place is well equipped and Robin did a terrific explanation of how to optimize the experience. Being on the bike path was better than we could imagine. Road every day. The beach is only minutes away. There are two outside tables for dining, but the glider was by far the primary choice.

We stayed here for two weeks in July (family of 4, kids ages 8 & 12). It was the perfect location - the bike path was an essential part of our day as the kids biked solo to / from camp; in the evenings its a quick bike ride to the beach for an evening swim or fishing. While the front of the house is busy - traffic dies down in the evenings. A quick walk into Falmouth town center, or a quick drive/bike into Woods Hole. The house itself was well stocked from beach toys, chairs, and towels, to a fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor grill. Robin and her sisters have taken care of everything for you to enjoy a home away from home! We hope to be back next year!!

We had an amazing vacation here. The proximity to the bike trail and bike rental shop was a major highlight. We stayed here with my two kids (12 and 8) and we biked to multiple beaches as well as making a couple of trips to Woods Hole. This is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in! So well maintained and it had everything we needed. Since we were coming from distance (with an already packed car) we really appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the beach chairs, sand toys and games. As the listing says, the house was indeed cozy but everyone had plenty of room and we enjoyed all the fun themed decorations especially the framed photos and the named rooms. The linens were very luxurious. The backyard was also a great place for family dinners and games. A perfect stay and I hope we will be back!
