Welcome to Falmouth Heights, our Summer Family Retreat!
Located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. This quaint 2 bed, 1 bath is centrally located 0.5 miles from Falmouth Heights Beach, 0.7 miles from The Island Queen Ferry. There are plenty of local shopping opportunities being located just 1.5 mile from historic downtown Falmouth and a quick 20 minute ride to the Mashpee Commons. Take in a round of golf at one of the numerous local courses or stop by the Cape Cod Winery to sample local wines.
The house has newly replaced windows and roof, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a washer & dryer, dishes, pots and pans, glasses and cutlery, all there for your use. Off of the kitchen is an eat-in area and a living room. Each of the 2 bedrooms have a double sized bed and there is a pullout (double) sofa in the living room. The backyard has a paver patio with table and chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower for your return from the beach.

Just what I was looking for
House located in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
Very clean and well looked after property.
Close to beach and ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.
As, well as, the main town.
Went for a pint at Liam McGuire’s and breakfast at Betsy’s.
Enjoyed our time there.
Would recommend.
