Beautiful beach/sunset view 2BR/2.5 bath Condo off the Mississippi Gulf Coast!

Beach view condo that is located in the quiet, family friendly, and beach side community of Beau Clair. Begin your day with an early walk or bike ride along the beach. Relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the gulf from your own private balcony off the master bedroom or just sitting on the back deck. The beach is only a short walk across the highway, and don’t miss out on the sunset views in the evening.
The first floor has an open concept with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is a half bath and laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. Other features include: private wifi and a large flat screen smart tv with Roku. Streaming services will be available for you to login to your own accounts.
The second floor has two bedrooms with queen beds, large closets, and each bedroom has a flat screen smart tv’s with Roku. They both have private full bathrooms.
Beau Clair has a swimming pool on the grounds with a patio, restrooms, and grill located off the pool area. Also, boat and trailer parking are available in the back lot. We are located between New Orleans and Mobile, AL. Less than one mile from Downtown Long Beach, 5 miles to Gulfport, and 10 miles to Bay St Louis. Only minutes away from restaurants, paved walking/jogging paths, water parks, farmer’s market, bars, casinos, fishing, golfing, shopping, and museums.

The condo/townhouse was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and everything was as promised. Parking was easy. Furniture was comfortable and sufficient in all rooms. and the view did not disappoint. I went onto the deck each morning to watch the sunrise and it was beautiful! We were visiting friends in LB and they said they would love to suggest this property to their visitors.

Awesome Weekend Getaway

The property was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and other things. The beach is just a short walk away. Walmart is just a few miles down the road. The condo had everything needed for a great weekend getaway or a long term stay. We really enjoyed everything this weekend. We will definitely stay here again.
