This was our 1st Sping Break with our kids & grandchildren, it was absolutely great. Padre island only being 15 minutes away was nice, then coming back to jump into the pool EVERYONE liked it. Thank you we surely will be back

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! Everything was great! Beds were all clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen also had all items one could need. Pool was a nice extra that the kids thoroughly enjoyed and the location was great! Far enough from craziness and close enough to go to the beach everyday. Perfect! Only a couple of minor notes that would make the stay exceptional would be extra towels or pool towels and more pans in the kitchen not just pots… but neither of those things were necessary. Thanks again! Beautiful home.

Awesome pool and place was beautiful!Safe quiet neighborhood and close to South Padre Island. I took customers for a cast n blast where you fish in the morning and hunt doves in the evening. Everyone kept talking about how great the house was!

Katy was a delight to communicate with. ...but there is a smell that will have you throwing up outside the house. For that stinch, we were not able to use the pool as intended. The kitchen was bare. A beautiful set of dishes, glasses and silverware. The pots n pans were a total of 3. Those pans should be discarded, BTW. ....the beds were comfortable and clean. Floor had sand, they need a vacuum to clean the floors. The washer n dryer were good. There was no hand soap in kitchen or bathrooms. No kitchen towels, no lemon squeezer, only one spatula, one serving laddle not serving spoon. Katy was kind enough to run to walmart and purchase a new blender for us, bc there was no blender, There is not enough grass to keep the puddles of water under control which resulted in a mass amount of biting mosquitos. The smell outside hits you like a electrical shock when u open the doors. The freezer to the fridge stays open. The Keurig needs to be maintained, descaling light on. There was a bar chair we had to set aside, due to a bar on the bottom that was cracked and unstable. The small bedroom by the laundry room is an oven. No TV in that room. The curtains are another fail....when on vacation, we want to rest and sleep in...but the blinds are very thin and let in all the light. That is just a suggestion to have blackout curtains. I have many more suggestions if the owner would like to hear from a family who knows what is important from a families perspective.

Everything was very nice , beautiful home and the pool was a plus. Only thing was that the washer did not work and we couldn't wash our clothes and towels but other than that, very pleased
