Welcome to this 1918 built Cape Cod old house in East Durham, we are in a residential neighborhood a short 7 minutes east of downtown Durham!
The space
This space is recently renovated with fresh paint and wood flooring, and new master bathroom.

The home features a dining table and chairs, couch, smart TV (log in using your Netflix, Amazon account). In unit washer/dryer and laundry detergent provided. Iron and ironing board available.

Coffee, tea, fresh towels and linens, kitchenware provided. WIFI internet access.

Beds are new. 2 queens and 1 full.

Kitchen has pots and pans, utensils, spatulas, spices, Brita water filter, coffee maker, toaster, microwave.

6 minute drive to downtown Durham
10 minute drive to Duke
18 minute drive to RDU airport

Other things to note
This Chic Farm House is in a Big Duplex with humongous foot print. Our goal is to restore the charm of this beautiful old house. We've invested a lot into making this bright and beautiful and saving up more funds to finish the exterior (phasing it out) so do look at this home as someone with inner beauty that still needs a tad of Face lift.

My family, all adults now, enjoyed how close entertainment and eating establishments were. Very quiet, clean neighborhood. Lots of very nice dog walkers for neighbors. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.We were all there for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great communication communications with the owners.
