This is a beautiful split level home located in a perfectly quiet neighborhood.
The upstairs provides a beautiful, spacious, modern kitchen that is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils along with a microwave, toaster, a Kurig machine and more! A great living area with a 75inch TV. A dining room with access to a cozy little balcony with outdoor seating that overlooks the large backyard.
There are also two bedrooms with full beds that share a big, double-sink bathroom and shower located off the hallway. And Finally a spacious master bedroom with king bed, two closets, a 60in TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
Before heading downstairs you will find a 2 car garage all clean and empty to park vehicles away from the weather.
Downstairs you walk in to an amazing game room with a pool table and a foosball table ,2 extra closets for storage, and access to another outdoor patio and the backyard.
Within the game-room is also a second family room with another 75 inch TV. Down the hallway you will find two more bedrooms. One which includes an office table with a printer and laminator available to use anytime! And another full bathroom with a tub/shower to share located off the hallway. A massive laundry room is also available to use any time located at the end of the hallway.
