Just 3 miles from downtown Traverse City, this 2164 sq. ft. home has towering hardwoods, large backyard, stone fireplace, open floor plan w/lofted ceilings, hot tub, AC, fire pit, & a pool table. This home is perfectly positioned to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and festivities of Traverse City! Explore wine country, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Long Lake, Twin Lakes Park, & more! This comfortable home is the perfect launching pad for all your adventures up north! 36 min. to ski Crystal!
We do allow pets. We ask guests to pay an additional $25 per night per pet. We do have some pet rules that we ask you to abide by.
- House broken pets only.
- Please crate pet if you leave your pet home alone.
- Please clean up in the yard after your pet.
- Please keep pets off furniture, beds, and carpeted bedrooms.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid (minus the 10% processing fee). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% (minus the 10% processing fee). Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
You will have a unique passcode for your stay. I am available by phone or text.
The house is nestled on a one acre lot, surrounded by trees. It is difficult to see neighboring homes with the large wooded yard. There is a short but steep driveway off of Cedar Run Rd.
We recently purchased this property and bought all new furniture, new furnace, humidifier, and A/C for the most comfortable stay. We have our favorite mattresses and favorite couch in this home! We hope you will enjoy them as well.

Great Stay

We enjoyed vacationing at the Traverse City Therapy location. The home is located close to downtown Traverse City, lighthouses, parks, and The Village at Grand Traverse Commons. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table.

Spring vacation

From start to finish, our entire experience was positive. This property includes everything you'll need, and the hosts make sure you're taken care of. The location is a perfect distance from Traverse City, and not far from a number of great towns and destinations. 5 stars

Excellent stay near TC!

We had the best time staying at this house in Traverse City! It was close to downtown, had a hot tub, and lots of rooms with large beds so everyone slept comfortably. The house was clean with extra amenities like tissues in every room, a welcome treat of wine and chocolate and it was fully stocked with all the supplies you need in the kitchen and bed rooms. We’d definitely stay here again when we visit TC! The host, Kelsey was great with communication and really cared about how our stay was going. A definite 5 stars from us!

Above and beyond

This property is on an amazing plot! Beautiful woods surrounding the property makes it very peaceful. The house itself is incredible, very spacious, clean, and inviting! The host are great as well, they made sure we had everything we needed and more. Definitely plan on booking this space again in the future.

Pre Christmas get away

Enjoyed our time together in a peaceful setting. The hot tub and pool table were greatly enjoyed by all. The welcome gift from the host was a very nice touch to this lovely home!
