Thank you for taking the time to review the property. We told you that the 2 kayaks had unfortunately been removed from the property why after all these years of having them would we be dishonest. We ordered news ones but unfortunately the business that did so for us Walkin Marine was completely destroyed in a fire and it's been challenging ever since trying to get new ones on island. One must understand everything we require is imported and when there are shortages abroad we suffer. If the cable is out we also have no control over that we tried our best to have the issue resolved. . As for the water pressure that was never reported to us. We have never had any issue with that or the water heater. The home runs off of both the city service and a water tank reservoir as backup as do most homes on the island. As for the neighborhood that is an insult. Yes there are a few dirt roads on island still but if it's not what you are accustomed to then that is unfortunate we have never had a guest complain or.review our property complaining of the condition of the 3 homes nearby one off which is also a Villa or the condition of the neighborhood. I'm so sorry that you felt the need to down play our property based on factors which are completely out of our control..

Thank you for your recent review I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. It is unfortunate the listing states the properties location as Sapodilla Bay. However we have always noted it as Sapodilla Hills. It now has a more precise description locating it just off South Dock Road in Sapodilla Hills east of the Sapodilla Bay. The area is an up and coming residential area but has proven to be very quiet. There at times is construction taking place within the area but is something we try our best to monitor and advise the neighboring home owners of guest visiting so the construction is limited or postponed until their visits are complete. However upon your trip we fell short on doing this, something we sincerely apologize for. There is a schedule now in place for the cleaning of the pool and we will be advising all future guest of the dates and times upon their arrival. We have also addressed the amenity concerns which you had and have now upgraded the facilities and services with more linens in both the bedrooms and kitchen as well as towels for the bathrooms, pool and beach. We do apologize for falling short of your expectations and hope that the thought we have placed into refurbishing the Villa will be to your liking and that of future and past guest. Our goal in accommodating our guest is to ensure that their needs are met. Your comments are valued and hopefully we have addressed all of your concerns. We look forward to serving you once again as we strive to have all our guest leave after having a positive experience in a safe environment and return to us once again.

Thank you for taking the time out to review our property. Your suggestions were noted and we will gladly look into them as feed back is always welcomed. However, the things which you listed for future guest to consider must be addressed. We do have more than adequate cooking utensils, pots, pans bowls and dishware. Your concern was that there was only a setting for 5 persons which is our maximum occupancy. That setting included a variety of glasses and dishes. You however felt the need for more to avoid washing dishes after usage. I understood your concern however it would be excessive to offer more than for the maximum amount of persons occupying the Villa. We do have both a coffee pot and a Keurig. Your issue was that you wanted to have more than one cup of coffee per person when you made a pot, which is something I said we would look into. As for condiments our Villa is not an all inclusive resort and we clearly state that we do not provide any grocery items nor condiments except for salt and pepper shakers. It would be difficult to supply the needs of all our guest as visitors have different preferences and needs and having those items would mean we would be replacing them for the visit of each guest as it would be unsanitary to provide opened or used items for guest to use and we could also never anticipate the needs of everyone. We do however provide a small selection of teas and 5/6 different types of small sugar packets The home is also not isolated. It's in a residential neighborhood next door to other Villas and private homes nearby, just a 2 minute drive away from a very popular beach and a nearby restaurant. It's away from the hustle and bussle of the hotel district and other visitors. There is a convenient store just 2 minutes away at the nearby gas station and the nearest local supermarket is a 7 minute drive away followed by 2 other markets another 3 minutes away which is only about 3 miles as the island is only 17 miles long, making it seem like the distance is much further would be an exaggerations. I am sincerely sorry that you anticipated having the luxuries of an all inclusive resort at a private home but evidently what was offered was not what you had expected. Our objective is to offer tranquility, privacy and an unlimited amount of freedom for persons seeking that which is not offered at a resort.

We have noted your concerns and would like to state that it is common in our dry climate to encounter such things as mosquitoes and ants and we have now made a decision to inform our future guest of this possibility and will now be providing repellent to assist in making their stay more comfortable. We do acknowledge that the docking facility is nearby but does not in any way hamper with your stay nor the panoramic views experienced at the rear of the property. We currently have a schedule in place for the maintenance of the pool which we will advise each of the guest of upon their arrival. The internet service has been upgraded and all past issues resolved and is now being monitored by LIME. We consider your opinions a gift to us in helping us to serve both you and other guest to the best of our ability. We look forward to hosting you here at the Villa De Clemetina in the near future.
