Each of the four main bedrooms is a king suite with its own en-suite bathroom and direct water views, offering both comfort and privacy. Two master suites feature luxurious spa-style bathrooms with indoor and outdoor rainfall showers and deep soaking tubs. An optional guest house adds a private fifth bedroom—ideal for in-laws, older teens, or a nanny—rounding out the villa’s spacious yet intimate feel.

**Payment Terms:

At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Please note: We do not accept credit cards for the full rental amount.


Notes:

• Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear.

• One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permitted with a supplemental fee.

• AC usage is charged back to guests at cost. There is a $200 weekly fee for use of the hot tub.
