not European standard
It lacks European standard. At first sight it wasn´t inviting to see all the dust and leaves in front of my apartment, sharing space with an old rusty stove acting as a playground for the lizards. There was no window, the TV wasn´t working, the fridge needed defrosting, the carpet hasn´t been cleaned for years, I had to repair the shaking, broken chairs, part of the doorlock just fell down, the dirty towel of the last tenant was still hanging there...

Wow what a wicked and ungrateful person!
My apartment never ever had a stove.
This guest booked for two person and moved in a family of four in a studio
apartment for the duration of her trip.
I intercepted her when her local relatives decided to use my washer and dryer as their personal property and were doing loads and loads of wash at my place .
Sad that she and her crowd couldn’t appreciate true hospitality, kindness and beauty .
She showed red flags while she was booking. I was cautioned,
So sorry I didn’t act on it .
Just remember not to abuse the privileges and kindness granted to you.
Others may not be so compassionate or gullible to buy your deceitfully act.
In every garden there are weeds .this certainly is one of them beware!
