Great property!

Check-in was easy, and the house was very clean and well equipped. Location was very easy to get to, the pool and lazy river were great, and we played some pickleball on the neighborhood courts down the road. Close enough to St George that it never felt inconvenient. I would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our 3 day stay at Sand Dune Villa. The backyard was perfect for our puppy and the home was very comfortable. We have already booked another 3 day and an 11 day stay at this property later this year.

Very Clean- Perfect stay.

We stayed for a soccer tournament. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. The hot tub was clean and we used it daily as it was a very cold weekend. We would recommend this place and stay again.

We stayed here as a family and it was perfect. The house was clean and new. Loved the neighborhood with the pool area. We also enjoyed the hot tub at night. There are also places to park your boat. We enjoyed going to Sand Hollow to boat during the day. This place had everything we needed.

We loved this home! It’s beautiful, clean, spacious, well stocked and organized! The private yard was so nice to have, especially for pets. The property manager was easily accessible and communicated promptly if needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an overall fun time! Love the amenities of the resort. You do have to drive down to the pool, which we knew beforehand! It’s a newer neighborhood so there is construction going on the street of the rental.

Perfect Property!

This was one of the best properties we've stayed at! It felt like home! It was comfortable for all members of the family, including the dog! It had everything you could need, and plenty of space for everyone! The backyard was great too! Great, quiet neighborhood with a fun pool! We had to add an extra day because we didn't want to leave!
