I am a host on another platform for 5 Years now with a 4.86 star rating!!! New to VRBO.
Come relax at Condo Nappa Fajardo in PeñaMar Ocean Club in our newly updated spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Don't worry about the essentials, we have you covered! From shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer to bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, tennis rackets & a basket ball. We have a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, glassware, coffee pot, blender, and so much more. Enjoy the beautiful marina view from the private balcony. You will be supplied with 1 designated parking spot. There is plenty of additional visitors parking.
The space
Condo Nappa Fajardo provides you with a king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms with new Casper memory foam mattresses and 2 leather couches that turn into queen beds. All rooms have a TV inc. the balcony with free hi speed Wi-Fi. Each room has its own AC unit with room darkening curtains.

Condo Nappa Fajardo is located just 31 miles from San Juan airport in a gated community with 24 hr. security at Peña Mar Ocean Club. Spend the day in this resort like complex. Enjoy the amazing views from the infinity pool, de-stress in the whirlpool, watch your kids on the water slide at the family pool, or just take a nap at the sailboat shaped pool. For those looking for a little exercise, spend your time in the fully equipped gym, walk/run on the 2 mile trail, get in a round of tennis, or shoot some hoops on the basketball court. Incase of any power outages on the island, there is an independent generator capable of powering the entire complex.
Walmart is 3 miles away, Ferry to Culebra & Vieques is 10 miles, Bioluminescent Bay is 2.5 miles, Luquillo Kioskos & Beach 8 miles, El Yunque National Forest 17 miles, Seven seas Beach 2.3 miles, and Villa Marina (catamaran boat trips) across the street.

EXCELLENT CLEAN GREAT LOCATIN

Wonder stay with great bedding, pillows, clean bathrooms, and wonderful central location. The host was easy to contact and we had no issues while there. It was very nice arriving with a little coffee, sugar, tea, salt, pepper and olive oil. Made it wonderful for the first day. I cannot state enough how wonderful the stay was and how clean and well decorated the property is.

Lovely spot in Fajardo

This place was as advertised. It’s a well maintained and well appointed apartment that has everything we needed for our week stay. The location is perfect for exploring Luquillo, El Yunque and the rest of NE Puerto Rico. Christine was immediately responsive with communication and we had no issues with access to the apartment. The complex had great pools and amazing views of the ocean. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great apartment

Great place to stay, very close to a good seafood restaurant. Property is well kept and exactly as illustrated. My only regret is we could not stay longer.

I love Condo Fajardo for many reasons. Watching the boats come and go from the Marina is so relaxing, taking a dip in the infinity pool is so soothing, and the food in the area is just amazing.

What makes this property unique

My condo is on the first row of many at Pena Mar. I have an unobstructed view of the Marina, the islands, restaurant, and so much more. I have updated the condo and supplied it with everything you need for an amazing vacation.
