Cozy Townhouse

Clean and mostly quiet area. Very comfortable stay. Has a nice gym, grill area really nice. Would stay again. A little further to new Moffitt hospital than described.

It's great you enjoyed chilling at the gym and grill area too – we love those spots! Our townhouse is super close, just a quick 4-minute drive from Moffitt, with everything you need for a great stay. Walking might take a bit longer at 24 minutes so we recommend the drive for convenience. Can't wait to have you back again soon!

Perfectly located to everything near Moffitt!

Townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood, it was clean and exactly as described! The host was easy to reach and quick to respond when we had questions. It is 5 minute drive to Moffitt Cancer Center/USF. There is shopping and plenty of restaurants in the area, along with so many more activities!

Perfect location for us, nice and clean, no problems except I left the parking pass in the rental car and returned the car. My bad on that. Easy to communicate with owner.
