4th of July stay.
The value of this property is great, it is very close and convenient to Callaway gardens and beach. The property is pretty much exactly as described in the listing. The only complaint we have is the AC was set to 80° and checking in at 2pm in July on a 100° day means that the house could not cool down below 78-79°. The home finally hit 78 at midnight, but had been set at 75. Throughout the three nights we stayed the home really struggled to stay at 75 (which is uncomfortable for us when we keep our home set at 68-70°).
The host communicated clearly and promptly. Although the instructions on how to sleep in the bed (what covers to use or not use), & the sticky notes what to flush, and saying what temperature is "comfortable" to set the thermostat at while in the house. Seem a bit tacky and overreaching.
Would have rated 5 stars if house would have cooled down that first night. Would stay again just not on a 100° week.
