We enjoyed our stay at the Inverness! It is very private, yet close to restaurants, hiking, and Gorge Underground. It has everything you need, plus games, a hot tub and a sauna! We’d definitely stay here again!

Just keep going straight and follow the gravel road and it’s the first house on your left. Spider webs in the back with mouse. But living I. The woods. That’s what you can expect. Definitely a place I’d go back too tho! Only seen one mouse!

Top shelf luxury. Every amenity plus the warmth of home. The private back deck is perfect for relaxing romance. It was a great place to lose sense of time. The view was native undergrowth that creeps along for about 50 feet until it marries the forest line of towering trees. The only neighbor in view is more than a football field away & is smartly appointed behind a curving row of evergreens. The kitchen is ready for the chef! Top notch tools, dishes & stemware. The interior is beautifully decorated & finishes are true craftsmanship. Everything was well maintained & in working order. The host was available & responsive. GPS coordinates in MapQuest proved the most successful way of navigating to other locations such as the wedding we attended in Daniel Boone National Park. We took everything we needed to stay put but there were a couple gas stations nearby & the traditional tourist gem mining, mini golf, & slingshot rentals.

Shower base leaking and water corrosion buildup. Bathroom faucets had rust and dirt in openings where water runs out . Blackstone grill coating coming off grill dirty and unusable Outdoor lounge/ chase covered in bird poop and assumably sex stains. Unusable and disgustingHot tub wasn't drained and cleaned turned jets on and hair came out and was in tub on walls etc. Could be and once was an amazing place, we believe. But without proper cleaning and upkeep really was a let down. We were expecting much better than what was presented.

This place is amazing! The only flaw to me is the “driveway” leading to the house. It’s by no means their fault, it’s just a one lane stone road, with two way traffic, surrounded by trees and no way to get over to the side to let other traffic through. Luckily for me I didn’t have to deal with that situation, but I could see why it would be a deterrent. That being said it was incredibly clean, and everything about the house was as advertised and I would rent again in a heartbeat

The cabin was great. We really loved how private it was, but it was still close to all activities. The hot tub was great. We loved the back deck with the outdoor rockers. Our only complaint was that we attempted to use the propane fire pit and it didn’t work. We tried all 3 tanks. The tanks seemed to have propane because we started up the Blackstone. It seemed that there was a bad hose/connection. After the hot tub, we would have loved to use it. Hopefully, that can get resolved. We would love to come back. It was a great weekend getaway. Thank you!

This is a beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. There is another cabin on the lane, so it’s not 100% secluded. You may catch a glimpse of someone in the other yard from the back deck, but with all the foliage, it still felt plenty private for us.The cabin itself is immaculate and beautiful. There are bugs, as you’d expect in a wooded setting, and a few do make their way inside when using the accordion door. They provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, and several other spices, despite the listing saying they don’t.Two small downfalls: First, the Blackstone desperately needs cleaned and wasn’t usable during our stay. Thankfully, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a beautiful meal inside. Second, the water heater seems to be on the smaller side. There wasn’t enough hot water for two people to shower back-to-back or for a long shower. There was plenty to fill the soaking tub for one person, though.I can’t speak much about the sauna since we didn’t use it, but it looked very nice!The location was another huge plus. It was very close to many of the local attractions and restaurants, which made getting around incredibly convenient.We would absolutely rent this cabin again. We loved the smaller hot tub—it was perfect for two—and the jets worked really well. The hosts also left detailed instructions for everything we could need.We loved our stay! It truly is a luxury cabin and the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. You will not regret booking this one!
