We work hard to make sure every stay feels relaxing from the moment guests arrive, and just as importantly, we try to respond quickly anytime something needs attention during a stay. When the grill unexpectedly stopped working, it was replaced right away with a brand-new one so future guests can continue to enjoy outdoor cooking without interruption.
