The condo was as described. It was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a stay. No worries if you want to cook because the kitchen has everything you need. Host is very responsive when you have a question.

Condo had a beautiful view. However nothing was clean. Floors had not been swept or mopped. Mold in the toilet. Dirty dishes in the cabinet. Shower was filthy. Bathroom rug was dirty. A/C filter so dirty it was blowing dirt onto the walls out of the vents.i contacted the host about cleanliness and got no response. Just left on read…..

Location was amazing, keeping in touch with host was good. The hot water heater needed to be turned on and we did all of the steps to do that. It wasn’t getting hot so we let the host know, he had a plumber come by. It looked like it was going to need to be replaced. We didn’t want to move to another location as we have been traveling a bit this week. We asked the host if we could stay our reserved one more night and we would have to take cold showers, if he could reimburse us for the inconvenience. He did offer a reimbursement but made it sound almost like the hot water heater was our fault. Which it wasn’t. The place was clean but not dusted in a while and floors were dirty with dust bunnies that have been growing for a bit. Internet was unplugged and we had to hook that up also. It could be an amazing place with a little TLC.
