Situated just 15-minutes from the renowned Las Vegas Strip, casinos, shops, entertainment, and restaurants., with quick freeway access to go anywhere in town.

It was a wonderful stay! The neighborhood was quiet, the house was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home. We had a short stay, but we will come again. The owner was very helpful and lovely to communicate with, making the check-in and check-out super easy.

Great stay!

Had a great time at this location. The place was nice and the pool was great. My group had a blast hanging around the pool and playing games at the dining room table. The host was amazing and was always checking in to see if everything was going smoothly. Overall the house was amazing and the host was even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean house and was perfect for our 3 night stay. Great area and very easy to get around. The garage door opener was a plus!! Suggestions to add; paper/pen to write with, kleenex, and a lounge chair out back.

Great communication + location

Throughout our stay, Nagappan answered questions quickly, followed up on our requests, and made sure our needs were met. The house was spacious and clean, and located in a quiet area with easy access to the highway and shopping. The only negative was the neighbors 2 small dogs that barked when we were outside enjoying the pool. Aside from that, we’d definitely consider staying again when visiting Las Vegas.

Enjoyable!

Really liked the location of this house and it was perfect size for the 5 of us. The only negative was the house needs black out curtains in all the rooms. We were there during an extreme heatwave and the air conditioning had trouble keeping up because of the sun. We would, however, stay here again. Nagappan was very easy to work with and we had no trouble with anything else and enjoyed the pool!

Great location!

I had to be in Las Vegas for a two week work project on the strip. This home was the perfect place to come back to everyday and cook dinner and relax. It is located close enough to the strip without the crazy traffic going on with the Grand Prix construction. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and had most of the things needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the use of the garage as I had supplies and ladders I needed to store there while working. The host was a joy to communicate with. He responded very quickly and made sure my stay was nice. I would stay here again!

Spacious but worn down and dirty

Good: Great responsiveness and communication with the host. Lots of space and AC worked great which is key for the Vegas heat. He reacted very quickly when we had an issue with the kitchen faucet which I appreciated. Bad: Floors turned my kids feet black, mold in the shower caulking, shower liners should be white but are pink and black like they’ve never been changed/washed, no comforters on the bed so we used the decorative blankets, lots of scuffs and dust and overall just needs a deep clean. I am a big review reader and the most recent reviews don’t match the current condition of the home. The host seems like a super nice guy so this review isn’t personal but I felt like I needed to give an honest review.

After reading your review, I blocked the calendar and spent a week at the property to personally inspect and restore it to its original condition. To address your points: The comforters are usually kept in the closet during the hot summer months (temperatures often reach 110°F) and set out in cooler weather. Unfortunately, your stay fell right at the transition point, and I should have monitored this better—my apologies for that oversight. The shower curtain has been replaced to ensure freshness, and a deep cleaning team has taken care of any dust or areas needing attention. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we strive to provide the best experience possible for our guests. We’d love to host you again in the future and show you our refreshed and pristine home with its inviting pool in a quiet neighborhood. Spring Break Getaway

My husband picked this house for our Spring Break Getaway. The house was exactly how it was pictured. The neighborhood is quiet, which we liked. The interior of the house has some small minor damages throughout (i.e. based boards are damaged & a chipped on the kitchen island). Not a big deal as we were there mainly to sleep. The fridge had some bottles of water which was nice from a long day of traveling & the cupboards had the basic amenities you would use for cooking. The bed in the master bedroom is too firm for my liking which did make it uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom in the master bedroom doesn't have any curtains so it was uncomfortable sitting down doing your business. There was a loud tapping noise in the master bathroom coming from above the ceiling. The sound was mostly at night so it made sleeping difficult. The doggy door was a big plus, since we did have our dog with us. There is a park close by which allowed my husband to take our dog on morning walks. The location is nearby many restaurants and grocery stores which allowed us to buy food and snacks. On our 3rd day there, the kitchen pipe under the sink was broken so there was water everywhere but the owner was quick to respond and had someone out to clean up & fixed the pipe within 15-20 minutes. The backyard does come with a pool but it was still too cold to swim. Overall nice house.
