Charming minimalist design, This unit truly is in the heart of the city. Located within 3 miles to University of Dayton, Dayton Children's Hospital &. Miami Valley Hospital. Walking distance or Uber to nearby restaurants in Oregon District.

Everything you need for a cozy comfortable stay.
*Please note the Loft is 1 of 3 units in the Farmhouse. You share entry steps, front porch backyard, plus the community room.
