Comfortable setting, safe, with the loveliness of an historic house. The layout of the two bedroom, one bath was momentarily off-putting, but was quickly remedied by how easily adapted we became to the simplicity of the layout. Parking and accessing the property was easy. I would rent this property again.

Absolutely loved our stay. The place was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room and very nicely decorated. Our host was great and responded immediately to my texts. The neighborhood was very quaint and nice. Cute bakery and coffee shops right around the corner. I would definitely go back to stay. Excdellent place!

This is such a beautiful place to stay much better than a hotel room. They are restored this beautiful home in the Saint Anne Hills area of Dayton with such Class and elegance .The beds are extremely comfortable. As well as the sofa to relax and watch some TV. You have a wonderful bakery and a great coffee shop just down the street. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. Treat yourself to a wonderful experience and book your stay next time you’re in Dayton at this place we won’t be sorry.

Great Stay

Quaint and peaceful stay! We were in town for our son's orientation at the University of Dayton, and this spot was perfect. Just minutes from campus and close to plenty of dining options. Gretchen was a fantastic host, very communicative and incredibly accommodating.
