House under construction!!!!Welcome to Samantha Place Retreat!! If you are looking for tranquilly on the lake …….you have found it!! We are located in Susannah Crossing off hwy 34 on Lake Martin!!
This property has 6 bedrooms & 3 & 1/2 baths!
Great for summer getaway or a perfect game day retreat. Only 35 minutes to Auburn !!
Families will love having fun here & making lots of great memories !! There is a pool table in the guesthouse for everyone to enjoy.
The mainhouse has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths & the guesthouse has 2 bedrooms and 1& 1/2 baths.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
