Great communication, condo was easy to find, parking was perfect, elevators worked great, condo was easily accessible with key pad. View was outstanding, bảlcony was large with table and chairs. AC worked great. Kitchen was well equipped. All 3 TVS worked great. Loved this place, they even have a special ice maker at the bar area. Highly recommend.

I don’t really know if this unit is personally owned or corporate. I didn’t recall any personal communication from an owner. Our stay is always good at Broadmoor, we love the lower density and closeness to the beach. The negatives, conflicting door codes, worn kitchen cutlery, missing silverware, nonworking dryer… my wife dried clothes with a hairdryer, lol! So some disappointment’s but the beach makes anything better.

We spent 10 days here and it was amazing! The views are great!! The room is as spacious and extremely clean when we arrived. Communication with Itrip was great and very responsive! We highly recommend staying there and using Itrip! We will be headed back again next year!!

We loved our stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better condo. The building, owners, staff, etc were all wonderful. Some construction was happening during our stay but we hardly even noticed! We didn’t miss out on anything. We will be back very soon!

The condo was immaculate, comfortable, very spacious, and beautiful with gorgeous views of the beach. It's in a quiet location away from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again.
