Crystal Shores West 1308 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the west corner of the 13th floor. Enjoy panoramic views from every room!



Property Features:



• Access to the balcony from the living room and primary bedroom.



• Porcelain wood plank flooring in all bedrooms; 20" tile throughout the remainder of the unit.



• Fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, all-black appliances, and set-in black granite countertops. The dining table seats six, with three additional bar stools.



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.



• Living area features two leather recliners and a leather sofa with recliners on both ends.



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• Third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• Keyless entry for convenient check-in and check-out.

• Parking for a maximum of two vehicles.



• No RVs or trailers allowed on-site.

Very beautiful and clean! The beds were very comfortable. The condo was very spacious. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! Very nice! Beach view was gorgeous. Nice condo right on the beach. The room was accurate from the pictures. We do have to mention we brought kids and there is a rule you cannot jump in the pool or play around to much or the security would get on to the kids. We didn’t really love that but overall the condo is nice.

The unit was not clean at all like the cleaners hadn't done there job at all and the check in code for the door didnt work i had to reach out and request help and get a new code for the week but the unit was awesome and the view was so amazing and the unit was very up to date with stuff

Our housekeeping team did clean the unit prior to your arrival; however, they unfortunately left some used linens behind and inadvertently missed delivering a portion of the clean linens. We sincerely apologize for that oversight. As soon as you notified us, we immediately sent our team back to the property to pick up the dirty linens and deliver the remaining clean linens. Regarding the door code, we’re sorry it did not work as expected upon arrival. Once you contacted us, we were able to provide you with a new code immediately during that phone call so you could access the property. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and are glad that, overall, you enjoyed the property and its amazing view. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

The balcony was amazing. The waves were beautiful. We saw lots of pelicans, a pod of dolphins, and a big fish from this balcony! we spent most of our time on the beach and balcony!

Fall break
