NOTICE TO GUEST STAYING DURING SUMMER 2026: The swimming pool will be undergoing a maintenance project starting May 4, 2026 and is anticipated to be closed throughout the Summer of 2026.

Beautiful two bedroom condo in fabulous Madeira Norte. Walk a short distance along the beach and arrive at the boardwalk of John's Pass. That's where all the restaurants, shops and activities happening. The beach here is incredible, and the amenities at the resort provide everything you've been looking for.



This condo is a two bedroom, one and a half bath, with a full kitchen, private balcony, and washer/dryer.



--Fully equipped kitchen for any meal prep.



--Indoor dining for four.



-Primary bedroom has king size bed with private bath.



-Second bedroom has a queen size bed.



-Spacious living room has plenty of room with comfortable seating for all queen size sleep sofa for extra sleeping capacity.



Everything is provided for your use including all linens, bath and beach towels, all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and a few beach accessories.



The large private balcony faces towards the Bay, and give a nice view of the water and John's Pass. With plenty of space to relax, you'll be able to enjoy a nice place to relax, eat, or read. After a wonderful day on the sand, the outstanding pool provides a spacious area to cool down and enjoy the warm Florida sun.

Ideal location!

Location was outstanding! We loved the immediate beach access heated pool along with the patio view of John's Pass and hearing the daily live music from the Bamboo Bar. Great shopping, restaurants, bars and water activities all within minutes walking distance. The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were used daily by our family of 4! We do wish it had been slightly cleaner but overall, a great stay. We can't wait to come back.

The location of this condo was excellent and very convenient. However, the cleanliness of the unit was a significant issue and impacted my stay.Upon arrival, there were multiple concerning problems, including a moldy sponge left in the bedroom, a used washcloth in the shower, a stained bedspread, and several dirty kitchen items (greasy pan, measuring cup with dried batter, and a dirty oven with visible food debris). The bathroom mirror also had noticeable water spots and there was a bed pillow behind the sofa. These are basic cleaning expectations, and unfortunately the condition made the space feel uncomfortable for a week-long stay. I hope the property management team improves their cleaning standards, as the location itself is great.

Condo needs an updating. Blankets are old and pilled. Toaster only toasts one side. Paper towels and toilet paper enough for 2 days. Very loud fan/ light in bathroom. Did not have a fob in lock box. Had to text and wait for someone to call and then send down one.

We love Madeira Beach

We loved staying in this condo. Perfect location and great sleeping arrangements for our boys. I marked 4 stars for cleanliness because the slides were completely covered in hand prints. It looked like kids with lotion. Overall we were very satisfied and hope to be back 😀

Perfect location

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and we won’t go anywhere else. The beach is perfect. Not too crowded. John’s Pass is just across the street so everything is in walking distance. The condo is just as pictured. Super clean and comfortable with all of the amenities that you need. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Great location, clean living arrangements, everyone around the condo building was super nice and helpful. Had a little trouble opening the lock box and the guy from itrip was kind of short with me on the phone,but did t have to deal with him in the end. Only negative would be four adults and one key to the pool/beach was kind of a pain, but usually there is someone around to let you in!

Really great place

We loved this property. We stayed with a 2, 6, and 8 year old along with my wife and myself. The location really cannot be beat, there are lots of great shops directly across the street. The kids loved the surf shops and the candy/ice cream stores. There was a great arcade and great places to eat, all across the street. They played live music a lot which we also really enjoyed listening to right out on the patio. The room and grounds were very clean. Parking was very easy and accommodating. Check in was very simple. The kids loved the pool. Being able to walk right out to the beach was also a major plus. If you are debating booking this property, I would highly recommend it. We will be coming back in the future and staying here again.

We love staying at this condo. This was our 2nd time staying in this exact condo over looking the bay. Our only complaints were the water had to be shut off one whole day for the whole building and it was that time of the month for one person in our group so that was inconvenient. Also the mattress in the guest room is very worn and uncomfortable and the footboard on it was broken and not fully there. There was black mold on the shower head and the bottom of the track of the sliding door in the shower. But other than that we always enjoy our stay at Madeira Beach.

We had a great time. Wi-fi didn’t work but we were ok with that. Biggest problem was getting the key to get in and put it back at check out. Not user friendly. The guy that was cleaning the condo had to put it back for us and said that it is a problem.

This condo is RUN DOWN. Beds are awful, kitchen supplies extremely limited or broken (cracked plastic bowls), pans put away dirty,. Furniture extremely worn: rips in cushions of couch, deck furniture rusted. Not enough silverware or cooking utensils. Location near John's Pass is great. The only great comment I would give regarding this unit. We have rented for years in this area....worst one and would NEVER rent it again. Renter Beware!

Location of property to spectacular. Unfortunately, the unit was dirty: spilled old food on the kitchen floor, food splatter on cabinets, very strong odor of bacon grease. On top of that, the pool has been out of order for a significant about of time prior to our arrival and we were not contacted to give us an option to reconsider our reservation. Initially iTrip was responsive and advised they would submit a charge back (refund) for us in a very small amount or refund us for unstayed days. We opted not to vacate since we could not find another property, plus had already grocery shopped. The charge back (250-&300 refund) never happened and their communication has stopped. We will never utilize this property or any property managed by itrip. Lastly, after all of the above chaos, while searching for more bedding, we found used men’s clothing and underwear. Gross. We would not recommend.

My kind of vacation!

We visit Madeira Beach a couple of times a year. Though we have stayed next door to this condo, this was our first time here. I will absolutely be coming back! It was THE perfect location for the beach and our favorite - John's Pass. We did have a rental car to get groceries and go exploring, but there is so much to do within walking distance if you do not have a car with you. This condo was spotless. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. There is a washer and dryer if you need that also (which I always do :)). I felt safe here. The other residents and visitors were all so nice and respectful. I needed to communicate with the owners a few times and they responded in a timely manner and helped whenever they could. The only downside was, there are normally little things left behind like salt and pepper, coffee filters (sometimes coffee); the little things that you don't want to buy at the store since you won't use all of it anyway. But the cleaning crew (I'm assuming) is told to clean everything out. No biggie. All in all - a wonderful place to stay. Can not wait to come back!
