About this property

Gulf Beach Condo at John's Pass village /Madeira Norte building/

This fourth floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf view condo in the Madeira Norte complex has a panoramic beach view, as well as a view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Extra big balcony. The famus John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is located just across the street with its many shops, restaurants, boardwalk, fishing, boat, jet-ski & para-sail rentals. Several Trolley's run up & down the beach with a stop right in front of our building! The Trolley travels all the way down to St. Petersburg to just before beautiful Clearwater Beach.
We are located 5 miles North of St. Petersburg on the Gulf side, 20 - 30 minutes from Tampa airport, Busch Gardens and not far from Orlando & Disney World. Our condo has a private heated pool and direct access to the Gulf!
We have covered barbecue place, WIFI.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was a great location. Right across the street from John's Pass and right next to the beach. We could hear the live music every night from the balcony. Very nice owner and very comfy place. Everything we needed was there. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful condo. Our private balcony had a view overlooking John’s Pass with music playing daily one way and overlooking the gulf in the other direction. It was like staying on a tropical island. The condo was clean and very well equipped. Hope to return next year.

We enjoyed our stay here. Had family visit one night and the extra room was great. Loved that it was so close to so many restaurants and bars and the beach was wonderful. Loved that we had a view of the ocean and the bay and the music from the bar across the street at night was fun to listen to while sitting on the balcony. Would definitely stay again.
