Heated and cooled with mini split system. Vaulted tongue and groove ceiling in living space with custom murphy bed and queen memory foam mattress. Kitchen has microwave/convection oven, Wolfe Cooktop and refrigerator. TV with free WIFI. Utilities included. Outdoor space to enjoy with private entrance in rear of property.
