House is perfect for couples with 2 king size beds and blackout shades, fully equipped kitchen, front porch with large table, pool, canal front with space for boat, office with computer, wifi, recently renovated. 25 mile drive to Key West and Marathon in different directions. Close to Looe Key Reef and Tarpon Belly Island. Fish cleaning table on seawall. Shed available for storage of fishing and scuba equipment. Enclosure downstairs not included with rental (owner's storage). Minutes to Murray's Food Store and fabulous Square Grouper Restaurant. Newly renovated Key West International is just 30 minutes away. No smoking and no pets allowed. Minimum 28 day rental on Summerland Key

Summerland Paradise!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic property in Summerland Key, and I couldn't have been more impressed. The home was beautifully laid out and offered all the amenities I could ask for, including a refreshing pool, an excellent outdoor grilling area, and plenty of parking space. The location was perfect for those who enjoy the water, with direct access to a clear, deep-water canal and easy ocean access, making it ideal for fishing enthusiasts. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional hospitality the owner, Sandy, provided. She was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I will definitely be returning!
