Close to Great Wineries, Breweries, Eateries, Boat Rentals, Mountain Biking, Dancing, Music, Etc. NOT a Party House. NO Infants, Children Under 3 or Pets. We strive to provide our Guests w/a High Quality Experience. MAXIMUM 6 Person Occupancy Limit At All Times Including Day Visitors. Great Gathering Place!
The space:
Dragonfly is adjacent to Inks Lake State Park, so you'll have great private views of a meadow and the woods! A very comfortable, lovely and relaxed setting. Stargaze from the Private Hot Tub, Hammocks or around the Fire Circle. Lots of Local Lakes, Parks & Fun Activities. The chess table can easily be used as a desk area if you want to work from your laptop. Adults & Teenagers Only. No pets. Very clean and well stocked! You are likely to see wildlife/deer & birds gathering at feeders & watering spots. Go to 'Info for Guests", then "Pre-Booking Details" then "Guide Book" for local favorite places to go including nearby lakeside restaurant/bars. You can rent Stand-up Paddleboards, kayaks, canoes and paddleboats at Inks Lake State Park.

Guests can use the Entire Cabin, Porch, Parking Lot and Meadow.
PARKING LOT services 4 personal vehicles.
Boats and Jets Skis are welcome upon request so we can designate parking for your Watercraft & Trailers.
Available charger for E-vehicles.

We have Ladder Ball, Chess & Checkers. Bring your logins for your favorite streaming like Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc.

Dragonfly deserves 5-star!

Our stay was fantastic! The home was wonderfully set up and very homey. The host made it extra special for us as it was my 30th bday and gave us referrals on good places to eat and things to do! We spent most of our time at Inks Lake and the Longhorn Caverns State Park, and it was wonderful to unwind at a comfortable house. They provided everything we needed and had clear instructions how to use everything in their home!

Why they chose this property

Dragonfly is perfectly located next door to Inks Lake State Park. The parks entrance is three miles down the road so you never see campers or hikers. The park itself offers 7 hiking trails around the lake according to skill levels. Dragonfly is very private with beautiful surroundings. From the hot tub, porch, fire pit or hammocks, you see a beautiful meadow with a backdrop of large trees. Very often you will see birds and butterflies in the flower garden. If you turn off all lighting the stars are amazing on a clear night, with a great view of the Milky Way!

What makes this property unique

The most frequent comment we get about Dragonfly from our guests is "It is so beautiful!" Whether inside or out, beauty is everywhere! The games tables bring so much laughter and enjoyment, with a bit of friendly competition! Best Hill Country Get-away!
