SCAM

at 3am day of check in owner notified us the water was off. the water in house was indeed shut off and owner did not respond to any messages after that (for a 20 day reservation!) it took calling customer service 3 times to get a refund. they also couldn't get ahold of owner. the home also had a bad odor and in a rough neighborhood.

Not what I expected

Me & my family were in town for a convention and stayed for one night and we are so glad it was only for one night, Stove doesn’t work, no microwave, almost no outlet plugs, some of my family members found roaches, neighborhood looks sketchy, & stairs were narrow, our check in time was for 4:30 & we didn’t get the code until 5:30pm. I would not recommend.
